Shipping Fees:

  • For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Rest of New Zealand Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 across the New Zealand.
  • For orders under $150, a shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

Click and Collect:

  • Orders are ready for Click and Collect within 24 hours at no additional cost.

Note: Please take note that some bulky items are not eligible for free shipping or the standard shipping rates mentioned above.

Our inventory is located in New Zealand, and we typically process orders every business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Normally, the delivery period ranges from 2 to 4 days.

We use NZ Post, Aramax and NZ Courier for all our deliveries. 

RETURNS POLICY
Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. It's important to note that the postage costs for the initial order and the expenses incurred for returning the item to us will not be refunded. In the event that the products were faulty or were sent to you in error, we will provide a prepaid courier label for you to facilitate the return process. Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
