Free Click & Collect is available from our Auckland location. Orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours.
Bulky & Oversized Items
Bulky, heavy or oversized products may have different shipping rates depending on the item and delivery location. Your applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing & Delivery
All of our stock is held in New Zealand.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Rural or remote deliveries may take a little longer.

RETURNS POLICY
Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. It's important to note that the postage costs for the initial order and the expenses incurred for returning the item to us will not be refunded. In the event that the products were faulty or were sent to you in error, we will provide a prepaid courier label for you to facilitate the return process. Kindly be aware that we can only accept returns for items that are unopened or unused unless the item itself is faulty. For any return requests, please reach out to us initially.
